To be eligible for a refund you must get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. Return the products (at your own cost) with less than 15% of the product used.

In order for us to process a refund, please include your order number, name and email address with your returns.

Once we receive your returns, a refund will be made in approximately 15 business days.
